Premix

This unit, assembled on a single base, consists of three fundamental elements: water, syrup, and CO2. Its function is to produce a carbonated beverage ready for bottling. Water dosing is performed in the exact proportion. The syrup flow is controlled by a predetermined fixed orifice, and the water flow is controlled by a micrometric variation orifice. It offers efficiency and precision in mixing water and syrup, with a maximum variation of +/- 0.1° BRIX.
